How to make your own "Survival Kit"

Suggestions of positive reminders of places & things that you may go to in your "favorite place "before starting the car, to keep in your car as part of a Survival Kit. This will help distract you from all the "whatifitis", could or should of's and BNT NOW & make the car more "user friendly". What do you use or would like us to include? We welcome your comments & suggestions. Start with the CD's ritual exercises, ( before & after driving).

           Some suggestions to include are:

Water bottle, dehydration is very important to avoid, sugarless gum
or  candy  to chew on if your mouth gets dry.

Diet and nutrition play a big part on how you feel and think:
Raw, unsalted almonds, low fat protein bars, raisins, fruit. This will
help  you keep your sugar levels constant. Being tense, stressed and anxious
can lower your blood sugar levels that can cause dizzyness or near fainting spells.

The EZ Squeeze car, stuffed animal or ball to squeeze, look  and refocus .

"Favorite Place": Pictures, rocks, shells, wood, flowers from your
From a vacation  or fantasy you have of a place of "breath-taking beauty"
(as  referred to it on the CD's).

Affirmation Cards: Favorite sayings and statements to refocus on.

Aromatherapy: Pleasant smells or scents from air fresheners, perfumes
              or  incense. .

Music: Soothing, relaxing to hear or sing to. (Best, slower than your heart beat)
