You may first listen to the audios the comfort
of your home. They will help with more than just your driving. They
will
also help strengthen your self-esteem, confidence and motivation to
help
yourself. Thereafter, for best results, keep and use the audios with
the
easy directions that you will receive to use them, in the car while
driving.

and associations you have in the car to positive ones. Use these

relieving exercises. This tape explains how you need to be easier on
yourself,
breath properly from the diaphram, (the greatest stress the body gets

not getting enough oxygen when it needs it the most), BNT NOW &
prepare
and use your
Survival Kit to make your car more "user friendly"
- SIDE B: Behind the Wheel Instruction -- A successful, step
by
step plan
to help you as you listen while driving. Learn how to rate your anxiety
levels from 1 to 10 (the only constant thing about your feelings is
that
they will change), be more relaxed and alert, use your eyes properly,
improve
lane changes, judge distances better, use positive visualizations. You
will also learn how to get out of the "Briar Patch".
